The color of the strips is usually matched to the tone of the door leaf, but you can play with contrasts. TM Doors platbands are molded products that serve for the aesthetic design of the opening. Their main function is to hide the junction of the door frame and the wall. Most standard trims are made from MDF; they have a smooth surface and a rounded outer edge.
