Shipping and payment
Delivery
Within Kyiv — free of charge for orders from 7,500 UAH (excluding discounted items), delivery takes 1–2 days to your entrance (carrying to the floor is paid separately). For smaller orders, delivery is paid — ask a manager for the exact cost.
Across Ukraine — we ship via Nova Poshta, Delivery or another carrier of your choice, usually the same day. Cost follows the carrier's rates. Orders from 10,000 UAH (excluding discounted items) ship free — ask a manager for details when placing your order.
The carrier is responsible for the condition of the goods during transit. Please inspect the item carefully upon receipt: if you notice any damage, do not accept the parcel and file a refusal report on the spot. Once a damaged item has been picked up from the carrier's warehouse, we can no longer accept a return or replacement.
Pickup
You can collect your order yourself from our warehouse at: Kyiv, Vernadsky Blvd, 26 (by prior arrangement).
Payment methods
- Bank transfer — by invoice to our account (for businesses), or via Privat24.
- Cash — at our office or to the courier upon delivery.
- Cash on delivery — paid at the carrier's branch upon pickup.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Ukrainian law. Custom-sized and cut-to-order items cannot be returned.
Working hours
Monday–Friday: 9:00–18:00 (showroom from 10:00 to 17:00).
Saturday, Sunday — day off. Online orders are accepted 24/7 — on weekends they're processed the next business day.
