Shipping and payment

Delivery

Free delivery in Kiev when purchasing large goods (up to two meters long) in the amount of 7,500 UAH. (not taking into account goods with additional discounts, or auction items) and more within 2-3 days. If the order amount does not exceed 7500 UAH, or you have oversized goods, or fast delivery is required, then it is paid separately and ranges from 350 UAH (depending on the address, check with managers). Please note that delivery is carried out to the entrance (lifting to the floor is paid separately). Delivery time is from 10 to 16-00.

Free delivery throughout the Kiev region , when purchasing large goods (up to two meters long), when ordering more than 10,000 UAH. (not taking into account goods with additional discounts, or auction positions) Chaika, Irpen, Vyshneve, Borschagovki, Kryukovshchina, Gatne, Vasilkov, Vyshgorod, Bortnichi, Boryspil or any other area. Delivery for a certain time and day is only paid.

We carry out delivery to any city in Ukraine using delivery services of the client’s choice (Novaya Poshta, Delivery, Intime, Autolux) after prepayment (if the goods are cut off), or cash on delivery. The cost of delivery of goods is calculated according to the tariffs of the courier service and ranges from 100 UAH. depending on the size of the package. We try to send orders every day. Free delivery to any city in Ukraine is also possible when ordering more than 7,000 UAH (not taking into account goods with additional discounts or auction items) of large goods (up to 2 meters in length), please check the details of free delivery when placing an order with the manager.

During transportation of goods, the transport company is responsible for its safety. Therefore, we STRONGLY recommend that you carefully inspect the goods upon receipt at the warehouse of the transport company.
If you find external damage to the goods, DO NOT accept the goods and do not pay for them, but draw up an act of refusal, indicating the damage.
If you pick up a damaged item from our warehouse, we will not be able to accept the item back or replace it.

Payment Methods

Cashless payments.
Payment is made through the bank according to an issued invoice (fax, e-mail). The order will be shipped after the money has been received in our bank account. All necessary financial documents will be provided to you along with the goods in exchange for a power of attorney. Payment through the PRIVAT 24 system is also possible.
Cash
Payment on the spot in our office, or to the forwarding driver upon receipt of the goods.
C.O.D
Payment for goods from the carrier company upon receipt in your city. The cost of delivery depends on the chosen company, dimensions and weight of the goods. Shipping is paid by the buyer.

Pickup

You can pick up your order (by prior request) with your own transport from our wholesale warehouse at the address: Kiev, Vernadskogo Blvd. 26 (Svyatoshino and Akademgorodok metro stations)

Return

We accept all returns in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. We accept returns within 14 days after purchase. Please note that custom-made items and cut-to-order items cannot be returned.

Schedule

We work from 9:00 to 18:00 .
On Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 .
Sunday is a day off.

You can place your order online at any time, or by phone during business hours. The fastest option for placing an order is to call the manager at the specified contact phone number and agree on all the details, this way you will speed up the order processing and delivery of the goods.
Please note that on Sunday orders are accepted only through the company’s website and are processed the next business day.
