Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the Budsektor online store website (budsektor.com.ua) and the placing of orders for decorative and finishing materials. By using the site you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

About the store

Budsektor is an online store of decorative and finishing materials operating since 2006. We offer window sills, curtain rods, carpets, stucco decor, wallpaper, floor coverings, facade elements and other products for finishing and decor.

Use of the site

The site is intended for browsing the range and selecting and ordering products. You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, disrupt its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Products, prices and availability

We strive to keep product information, specifications, availability and prices up to date. The colour and appearance of a product in photos may differ slightly due to screen settings. Prices and availability may change without prior notice; the final price is confirmed by a manager when the order is placed.

Placing an order

Placing an order is your offer to purchase a product and is considered confirmed after agreement with a manager. We reserve the right to decline an order if the product is unavailable, the price is incorrect, or the contact details are invalid.

Payment

Available options: cash, cash on delivery, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer for sole traders and companies (with or without VAT). Please clarify the exact methods when placing your order.

Delivery

Within Kyiv by our own service, across Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Delivery. Free delivery applies: within Kyiv from UAH 7500, across Ukraine from UAH 10000. Timing and cost depend on the region and product dimensions.

Measuring and installation

For a number of products (window sills, curtain rods, etc.) measuring and professional turnkey installation are available. Terms and cost are agreed individually with a manager.

Returns and warranty

Return of a good-quality product is possible within 14 days provided its presentation is preserved, in accordance with the consumer protection laws of Ukraine. Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Intellectual property

All site materials — texts, photographs, graphics, logos — are the property of Budsektor or used on a lawful basis and protected by law. Use without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

The store makes efforts to keep the site running smoothly but does not guarantee the absence of technical failures and is not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the site, to the extent permitted by the laws of Ukraine.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page.
