We dreamed of a log house for a long time. Our log house with an attic was built within a year. The house was built from cedar logs.

We wanted to move from an apartment to a house faster, so the first thing we did was decorate the interior of our house. On the outside we wanted to leave everything as is. We have now been living in this house for two years. But the fact is that in our city, cases of fires and arson of wooden houses have become more frequent, and we began to fear for our house. We are often not at home, so we did not ignore this news and turned to specialists for advice. Many options have been proposed to “protect” our house from fire, ranging from special impregnation to brick cladding. We were also offered vinyl siding. And good recommendations were received regarding this building material.

Siding has great durability. The service life is 50 years. Also, thanks to vinyl siding, the logs are also protected from moisture penetration. The siding is installed in such a way that it provides good waterproofing. In addition, siding is hygienic. Does not emit toxic substances and is harmless to health. The siding will never fade in the sun, thanks to the special coating of the panels. One of the main properties of siding is non-flammability. It doesn't burn, it melts. Well suited for our winters. Withstands temperatures from -50 to +50 degrees. Siding is easy to install, especially on a wooden surface. Siding – panels can also be washed; a car wash is well suited.

If the surface is not even, siding lining will hide it well. Another important quality of siding is its reasonable price, which is significantly lower compared to other exterior finishing materials.
Having learned everything about this material, we certainly agreed to cover our house. All our recommendations and wishes were taken into account in this material, so it was ideal for us. We were offered a wide range of panel colors, but we settled on white. Since the frames of the house were previously brown, we had to change the windows to white ones.

We did not dare to sheathe it ourselves, since we had no experience in this matter. We hired a team of workers who sheathed the entire house in three days. Now a year has passed since our house changed its appearance. To be honest, at first I was not used to it. But over time, we got used to it, and even began to like our home more than before. After all, wood deteriorates faster from weather influences, no matter what you treat it with. And most importantly, our house is now protected from fire. Now we leave with peace of mind on business and on vacation. Therefore, we are very pleased with such a new invention as siding. And all our friends and relatives were also delighted with our house. And our idea is now being used in their homes. And we are very glad that we have become a good example.
