Let's look at cornices and their use. The purpose of the cornice is to hide the transition between the wall and the ceiling, to give the interior a finished look and to bring clarity to the lines. A cornice with a smooth profile brings lightness and straight lines, allowing you to divide the space, and a cornice with an ornament will highlight the elegance of the room. Polyurethane cornices can be easily installed, taking into account all the requirements for surface preparation, having tools and fastening material and a lot of desire. Allowances for cutting corners are on average 30-50 cm (depending on the width of the product and the length of the repeat). If there is a need to restore a polyurethane product, glue and putty will help. To do this, you need to remove the old glue from the cavity and fill it with new joining glue. After drying, the joint area is puttied and painted.

For rooms with curves and radii, products with the addition of rubber, so-called flexes, are provided. The bending radius for a length of 1.5 meters will be 60 degrees. The wider the element, the smaller the bend radius. Installation of flexible elements involves the use of glue and self-tapping screws.

To visually raise the ceiling, use cornices with hidden lighting. The cornice is attached to the wall, under the ceiling, a 15 cm indentation is made from it and lighting fixtures (lamps, diode strip) are placed inside the cornice. The cornices are decorated with gold leaf or artistic painting with a craquelure effect, which makes the design bright and unique.
