Isoparquet underlay for laminate and parquet 5mm

ISOPARKET substrate is produced in Ukraine from raw materials produced in Germany - the material feels like dense, as if “rubberized” foam plastic. Thickness 3mm and 5mm. Substrates of this type are produced in Germany by several companies, for example Kronooriginal and Logoclick - known as laminate manufacturers. There are no German substrates on the Ukrainian market due to the high price, about 7 Euro per sq.m. Substrates of this type can withstand a load of 5 tons per square meter and provide excellent heat and sound insulation. This material (especially 5mm) is dense enough so as not to sag under load, but at the same time it is able to “sink” from small unevenness in the floor and not spring back on the bumps. It is enough to lay the laminate in one room on Isoparquet, and in another on any other substrate, and the difference in the quality of the floor will be immediately noticeable, a feeling of “stability” and hardness will appear, as if it were not a laminate, but a solid wooden floor. Compared to sheet substrates made of XPS polystyrene foam produced in Poland (usually green), common in the retail chain, not to mention all types of rolled substrates, ISOPARKET does not spring and is not pressed under load over time, provides much greater thermal insulation and sound insulation, especially good the sound from hard heels is dampened. The ideal solution for laying laminated floors is 5-mm Isoparquet, which has much better properties in terms of heat and sound insulation and prevention of the “springy floor” effect. The 3 mm option is more suitable for heavy parquet boards, and also as an option where a high transition is undesirable, for example, laminate is laid in a room, but linoleum remains in the corridor and an undesirable step is formed. From the position of the installer, it is more convenient to use rolled substrates, they are easier to roll out around the room than to lay out “Isoparquet”, and many builders therefore try to “persuade” the customer to use a rolled substrate, citing the fact that “the rolled one lies normally” or “take the rolled one, It's cheaper." Advice to customers is not to listen to the wishes of the installers in this matter. Advice to builders - with an ISOPARQUET underlay, you will not have any complaints from customers, such as “the laminate is springy, which means you didn’t level the floor properly.”
