How to calculate the number of slats for sheathing?

1. Measure the surface area.
To do this, multiply the length of the wall by its height.
Example:
- Wall length: 3.2 m.
- Wall height: 2.7 m.
- Wall area: 3.2 m x 2.7 m = 8.64 sq.m.
2. Divide the surface area by the area of one batten.
Example:
- Area of one rail: 0.495 sq.m.
- Number of slats: 8.64 sq.m / 0.495 sq.m = 17.45.
3. Round the resulting number up. During the installation process, waste may occur, so it is recommended to add 1-2 slats to the estimated quantity.

Total: To cover a wall with an area of 8.64 sq.m. you will need 18 slats.

Installation:

1. WPC slats can be installed on plaster walls, plasterboards and wood materials.
2. Use a circular saw or jigsaw to cut the slats.
3. The slats are fastened to the surface using mounting adhesive or a construction stapler.

Care instructions:

- To clean the WPC, simply wipe it with a damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners.
